All I wanted was a washer and dryer.  Just a washer and dryer! (Oh yeah, and a way to stop the leaks around the windows and in the breakfast nook.)

So I decided to add a dining room with space for a washer and dryer. And thus began my slide down the slippery slope...

Well, those gutters are beyond repair, I should just replace them as well as the roof. Plus there’s been water damage, so I should peel off the stucco and see how bad it is. Since the stucco’s off, might as well redo the wiring. Oh, and those windows are goners...let’s replace them, too! By the way, really shouldn’t do all this work if the foundation’s not up to snuff...and what’s up with that kitchen, anyway...
