About Us
Winder Camp is a not-for-profit experiential retreat facility for 2-5 year olds. Our Mission Statement is simple: To provide fun, friendships & learning for pre-school aged children during the summer. Awarded as one of “Barrow County’s Top Ten Summer Experiences,” Winder Camp enjoys the status of a first-rate association while simultaneously maintaining a congenial, personal atmosphere. Not surprisingly, Winder Camp’s success has caught the eyes of state educators and even has caused a number of government officials to give serious second thoughts to the widely enforced program “No Child Left Behind.”
