Well, I thought I’d start with one of my favorites. These images are brought to us by Ariella Chezar, who is one of my favorite floral designers. They are so jubilant and sophisticated. I love it. Very polished but not at all up tight.
And the color pallet is impeccable in my opinion. I don’t know if you remember but, in Mary Poppins, the mother (Mrs. Banks) comes home from a women's’ suffrage rally one afternoon singing “Votes for Women, step in time!” and she is wearing a beautifully tailored dress in this unique blue with marigold trim. I vividly (obviously!) remember the scene because I was struck by the color combination. And here it is again...with beautiful variation. Kumquat to marigold to pale peach with french, steely blue to a bright sky blue. And then adding the greens and browns...I’m in love. And how about that yellow table! So bold!
