1 | THE BARBARIAN ARETE [V5] 
This stellar overhanging lieback journey up the steep side of the SW arete begins on a wonderful rounded ledge at about 6ft that really doesn’t look as great as it feels. Juicy holds gradually diminish to a cruxy (and somewhat scary) topout. AVOID groveling over the left side of the arete otherwise Conan’s horn may be blown and you will be smashed into a pebble to be kicked around by your friends like a hacky sack. Even though the landing is relatively flat, 4+ pads and 2+ spotters are recommended.
