REAL BOAT [V0+] {V1} Lieback & face climb up the east corner of the uphill boulder.  Although the rock quality is generally high, beware of some possibly loose crystals especially near the top.  This is the downclimb for all problems on this boulder.

BORED & PLUNDERED [V5] Located on the uphill side of the boulder, follow thin holds on the steep face close to the light-colored streak.

BLACK PEARL [V7, ER5] Climb the overhanging side of the west facing arete on the upper boulder’s bomber rock.  I find this to be one of the most aesthetically pleasing lines in the park.  It also offers a relative highball with wonderful a landing zone that’s easy to spot.  After Hard Point, this is the least scary line on the Split Rocks.  Too gorgious to be passed up.  For optimal temps and shade, best climbed early or late in the day.

SEAM OF DEATH [V2] {V4} This very shallow dihedral on the north face of the lower boulder yields one of the best slab climbs in the park.  It is also quite scary because of its height.  Wayne Crill survived a fall from the top.  Not for the faint of heart or stupid.

HARD POINT [V3/V5] This problem starts on the overhanging face on the NW corner of the boulder.  This is the downclimb for all problems on this boulder.
VARIATION 1 [V3]: Reach high for the large starting holds and make several difficult pulls to get established on the less steep arete above.
VARIATION 2 [V5]: Start lower, with your hands on the slab about six feet down and left of the VARIATION 1 start.
