This is an introductory Calculus course. This year, we will continue our study of functions and their properties using four viewpoints: graphically, numerically, algebraically, and verbally. In addition, we will discover two new mathematical tools:

the derivative in terms of rate of change and local approximation

the definite integral as the limit of Riemann sums and as net accumulation of rate of change.
