Private Sessions with video analysis- we offer one on one coaching for the best learning environment and experience. Each session last 65 minutes and are based around each individual keeper. This entire session will be filmed then turned into a dvd with verbal analysis added in after so you can reply to see what you learned throughout the session with feedback and coaching points throughout the DVD.Cost $65.00/Session.
Game Analysis- Coach Trevor will come out to watch a game and observe the players game play to see what strengths our showing through during games and what aspects of the players game needs to be worked on for the next training session. This is a great way to see the progression of the keeper from training to games. Cost $ 35.00/game
Strength and Conditioning- We also offer strength and conditioning training to get players to peak performance and optimal levels of play. From endurance building to body strength and agility/dynamic movement we can put a program together to get each player moving quick,faster and stronger. Cost $40.00/session
Group Lessons- group lessons are a great way to raise your level of game with keeping your cost down. Sessions last 65 minutes and each session has a different focus. 2 players $35.00 each/session,3 players $30.00 each/session,4 players $25.00 each/session
