What you will find here are reflections of experiences, commentary on a variety of subjects, opinion and sometimes simple unfettered rambling. 

There is no central theme or unifying principle here.  I can think of none I would want hovering there in the shadows beckoning me to the center line of conformity.  Self expression seems so all inclusive - and I never have enjoyed being part of or defined by any group - and must include everything from the raucous caterwauling and in-your-face street punk of pop culture to the opera, neither of which move me.   But somewhere in the big middle you will find me doing pretty much the same thing - that is, finding satisfaction in self expression.  To each his own.

The best I can hope for is that now and then there will be a shared moment, possibly a smile.  For me it’s just fun - even when I occasionally turn serious.

Just one technical note:  Some have failed to notice that there are blogs here and podcasts both.  The podcast page is best and sometimes only accessed on a high speed internet connection.  The text blogs can be easily accessed on dial up.
