We begin with the body as a tangible way to access more expanded levels of the mind.

I am honoured to teach the SSLY which is a Raja based form of yoga developed by Dr Deepak Chopra and based on his best selling book The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success.

The practice include Hatha yoga , pranayama, mantras and meditation. I teach beginners classes for those with little to no experience or for anyone who would like a gentle and nurturing practice.
