RFK logo & 2009 update
The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation has reason to celebrate. The 2009 Ride for Kids was a glorious success. I was personally able to bring in $3,000 and contribute to the NC Triangle total of over $126,000.
We had 600+ riders on nearly 500 bikes. The weather was perfect. And we made a special impact on many suffering children and their families.
A special thanks goes out to everybody who sponsored me on the ride, or helped spread the word. Especially avid supporters like Jonathan Ross, Erich Schoeneweiss, JJ Torres, Don Cameron, Ken & Debbie Tunnell, Cheryll Simmerman, Julia Yazhari, Steve Saffel, Dave Hendrick, and Steve Sansweet.
You guys rock.
