On the Table
The convention timing is horrible for me, because I’m obviously still working-away on the Jedi vs Sith book for Random House. The deadline is September 12th, so I’ve been going nuts to try and make it. We have until the 19th to get the files to the printer, but I was planning on using that extra week to tackle inevitable revisions....
God-Damned Star Wars “expanded universe” stuff kicking my ass.
Gonna get as much done by tomorrow night as possible. Then I’m headed on a six hour drive to meet up with my fellow BLVD mates (JP, Sean, Bernard, and Walter).
My thumb and two fingers on my right hand are raw and swollen from working so much. I actually can’t feel anything on the tip of my thumb. Oh my delicate smooth baby hands. Wonder of this is how a landscaper or construction worker feels...
Ya know- real men. Not one of those artist-types who spend their time daydreaming and drawing people in tights shooting powers or aliens or whatnot....
Anyway....
I’ve got about 13 paintings left. Here’s some of the latest....
BTW- Thanks for the nice comments, everybody. Nice to know people are into the stuff while I’m in solitary.....
