1985 #4 and more.....
 
I wrapped-up this cover up a couple weeks ago. Now that Marvel has previewed it, I thought I’d share a nice-sized jpeg with you guys. As you can probably guess, Mark Millar’s script for 1985 #4 has the villains in full-force, with nothing but real-world 80’s cops and army guys to stand in their way. But wait! What about Toby (our story’s hero)...? That’s the cool part that leads us into issue 5 and toward a truly special conclusion to this unique story. Usually be now, I start to get pretty worn-out with a comic. But man, I love this thing and haven’t lost any steam yet. I’m a couple weeks out from finishing issue 4. Then it’s onto the the rather “experimental” issue #5. More on that when the time is right.... Below is the rough sketch for the cover the painting shown above.
