Danielle and Greg were married on August 30th, and boy did they have a wonderful day. The day could not have been better with sunny skies and warm temps. Everyone enjoyed the day and definitely had a great time that night at the reception.
We started the day early, 8:30am, at Giavanni’s Salon for the hair and make up. It was a fun time here as everyone loves being taken care of by the excellent staff. Once we were done here, it was time to move on to the church, Maternity BVM.
They had a beautiful service followed by the releasing of balloons. We then headed out to the cemetery so they could pay their respects to their grandparents. Afterwards we went on to the state park and then the Quality Inn for the reception. Once here we could see more of Scott Billadeau’s beautiful floral arrangements from Country Florals and Gifts along with Cakes & Lace. His arrangements always add the extra touch!
Once everyone enjoyed a nice dinner, the party was on. It turned into a fantastic party as the DJ kept everyone dancing and having a great time. This was most definitely a great party! Danielle and Greg make a great couple together. I wish them the best for their future life together.
Best Wishes...
These two seniors were another great time! I have never seen so many clothing choices for one session. I knew it was going to be crazy since they have been friends of my wife since high school. Annie and Kirbie are cousins and thought it would be cool to do their sessions together. And WOW, what a fantastic afternoon we had. The weather was great and everyone, including the moms, had a good time.
While Kirbie is close by at Dwight, Annie had to travel down from Minnesota. These girls had been planning for quite some time, so I knew I was in for some fun time. Both girls have plans after they graduate for college but, they will finish out high school playing some volleyball and softball among other things.
Angie and I wish both of you girls the best as you finish high school and continue on with college. I am also relieved that your mothers survived the hike down into Rock Creek. I really thought we could lose them!
Best Wishes... Tom

to view/order

This was another good time with a senior that I have known his family for some time. They are a wonderful family and Carl is the youngest of the group. He is a pretty laid back guy, until you put a racket or basketball in his hands. Then the intensity gets to cranking!
We started out at their home along the river, which is a beautiful setting. The day was warm, but gorgeous. After some time there, we headed down to Cobb Park for some photos on the tennis court. This is always exciting to do as it lets us relax things quite a bit.
It turned out to be a great day and I wish Carl the best as he finishes high school and heads on to college.
Best Wishes...
Recently I had the pleasure of photographing a few high school seniors. Krystle was the first, and let me say that she was a lot of fun to work with. We first did a session in the studio then we went out to Rock Creek. It was a great day and it was fun to meet her and hear about her plans for the senior year.
As she is getting ready for the volleyball season, there are definitely hopes for another strong year. She also plays basketball for the Blue Devils. To say the least, a pretty active young lady! I wish her the best for the upcoming seasons.
Best Wishes...
This last weekend I was asked to photograph the Bat Mitzvah service for Morgan. I have known her parents, Dr. Kevin and Kim Pinski for quite some time. It was an honor to be asked to do such an important celebration for their family.
This service marks the beginning of a lifelong commitment to the values of Jewish life. To prepare for this, Morgan studied many aspects of the faith, quite an undertaking for someone who is only thirteen. I wish you the best as you enter into this next stage of life.
After the service, everyone was invited to the Pinski residence for food and refreshments. It was a relaxing afternoon with family and friends. Despite the hard thunderstorm we had during the service, which I am sure made some people quite nervous, we ended up with a beautiful afternoon. The only bad spot was the shellacking the White Sox took, but they will get them back this weekend!
That evening everyone was at The Westin for a fabulous reception. Once again filled with family and friends, everyone enjoyed a wonderful evening with dinner, dancing and socializing. It was quite fun and I must Morgan has plenty of great friends.
I must commend Kim on a fantastic job of planning this celebration. It was a wonderful day from the beginning until the end.
Morgan, congratulations and I wish you the best in the years to come.
Best Wishes...
