I have this new store I like to shop in now called....... my closet!  Today I am wearing a skirt I have not worn in a couple of years and a t-shirt that was in a  box of clothes to be donated!

Jessica addresses the whole person--mind and body. In the year and half I've been training with Jessica I've lost over 20 lbs. More important than the weight I've lost is what I've gained. She has made me stronger, healthier and ultimately happier. I feel and look better than I have in years. She is truly inspirational.

I am not the kind of guy who likes to work out. In the past it's been boring, repetitive, and my results have been inconsistent. Since working out with Jessica, things have changed. It's fun. It's challenging. I'm getting results. Her attention to detail, her education and her ability to push me just that little bit further have really got things moving for me. She's helped during our training sessions but also set up a program for me to do at my own gym. It's good to know I'm learning something as well as doing something. Oh, and my golf game just keeps getting better. ;)

Jessica has an amazing passion for health and fitness. I used to be afraid of strength training. I had little experience and I have a curvature in my spine. Jessica addressed my core, and as a result, relived pain in my back. She’s sensitive yet assertive and always changes up the workouts so I am never bored. I see and feel the results, which keeps me coming back for more.

"I moved to Los Angeles about a year ago, 10 month old baby in tow. Exercise had been low on my list of priorities for the last year or so, and hardly thought about it until I met Jessica and she invited me to attend one of her circuit classes. As I looked down at my belly, who'd moved to a completely different place on my body, I wondered if I'd be motivated enough or even have time.
 
Well motivation was certainly not an issue, I have rarely missed a class! Three classes and I felt the difference, 6 classes and I saw the difference. Luckily for me, Jessica's second priority (her first being our safety) is THE CORE. She sets a grueling pace on the ab work and doesn't let up for the rest of the class. Her classes are always well rounded, and I always leave feeling I've gotten a total body workout.

Jessica's amazing ability to cater to the specific needs of her clients and train each one of them in a manner that is unique to them and their requirements is what sets her apart from other trainers. As a client I bring 17 years of dance, 14 years of pilates, and a teachers certification in Ahstanga yoga with me. I have a great deal of knowledge and just as many injuries and special considerations  to deal with. I was skeptical as to whether or not someone would be able to train me in weights, with my sensitive neck, stiff back, strained shoulders, injured knees and ankles. My trainer would need to research, modify and constantly adjust my workouts to accommodate my list of maladies! Well Jessica is just the person, and each week she shows me that not only can we accommodate my injuries, but work on correcting them, while strengthening my entire body. Now not only is each session a challenge, but with Jessica's keen eye, diligent research and endless focus and enthusiasm, they are challenges that are being met.
