*Four Nights at a bed and breakfast
in Tribeca which is one of downtown Manhattan's most charming neighborhoods, within walking distance of both the East River and Hudson River, Battery Park, City Hall, Wall Street, the World financial Center, Little Italy, Chinatown, SoHo, South Street Seaport, and Greenwich Village. Stroll though lower Manhattan's renowned art galleries and enjoy Tribeca's great restaurants.
Lodging with roommates with own private bath for four nights. This keeps the price down, as NY is a very expensive place to vacation. Accommodations are clean and modern! They are apartment style suites, which include a full bath, cable television, wireless internet service, refrigerator and microwave.
Breakfast, continental style, is available and can be eaten anytime, which is a plus if we want to sleep in a bit or if we are hungry at anytime of the day, food will be available at our disposal. The fridge is always stocked up with breakfast food including fresh fruits.
We are being frugal when we can and other times we need to do it right!

to take only our group around the city for 6 hours on one day. This is tailored to our agenda. We will cover a lot of ground. A real treat to buzz around Manhattan. We will be picked up in the morning and dropped off anywhere we want at the end of our time. We can hop off and hop on anytime. We have our own private chauffeur and we will all be together in one van!!!!! We don’t want to skimp here.

Entry fee to New York's famous Empire State Building, a New York City Landmark and a National Historic Landmark, soars more than a quarter of a mile into the atmosphere above the heart of Manhattan.
Located on the 86th floor, 1,050 feet (320 meters) above the city's bustling streets, the Observatory offers panoramic views from within a glass-enclosed pavilion and from the surrounding open-air promenade.

As always, activities are subject to change and of course are spiritually driven. Those of you that have been on my retreats before know and understand this. Open, flexible and spontaneous a must! This results in a wonderful, memorable and fun time.
New York City has a wonderful, fun, exhilarating energy. I love that place and want to share it with you!
The cost is $1,484 which includes all items described above highlighted with an asterisk. We will be the only group at the bed and breakfast place and accommodations are sharing the suites with roommates. Each suite has its own private bath. None of the activities are mandatory for attendance. The dates are Wednesday, Oct 7 leaving at 7am flight on Continental Airlines and returning Sunday, Oct 11 at 7:30 pm. Total cost is $1,484 plus airfare. An awesome deal for a fun city vacation.

Due to group rates obtained on many things, all deposits and monies paid are non refundable under any circumstances since we are all benefiting with group rates. If you decide not to attend any activities, I cannot reimburse anything either. Also activities are subject to change.
