About Me

I have designed graduate courses, coached entrepreneurs and built custom sales training programs for large enterprises and solopreneurs. Whether I have tapped into my University of Rochester experiences, Dartmouth Days at Tuck, or my work at Duquesne in Leadership & Business Ethics, I have always thrived on ministering to the individual needs of my clients-I am a humanist who loves language and engaged living.

You may have been one of the few that I have personally encouraged to visit this new offering, platform or ledge…the views are encouraging. My goal is to ignite, re-ignite or have you fuel your “sustained initiative,” the work part of getting from the “now reality” to your “think big and bold”…getting you to become the contributor who you wish to be.

Whether you are at a transition point in catching a glimpse of your self identity via my PNP (Personal Narrative Process) or were part of a recent session, reflect, digest, be challenged to integrate these video notes into your motion picture as you “mind your gap” in becoming who you wish to be.

The gap is the distance and difference between where you are now (selling, dwelling, being) and where you wish to be.  It is the “gap” or the “big disconnect” most frequently not talked about or identified thereby leading to many MIS-TAKES and not lending you to becoming RESPONSE-ABLE in the world in which you live.  We checking the reality, to be sure, but we encourage you to be a masterful integrator of other works, research and literature in continuously thrusting forward in becoming redefined, re-engaged in your life….creating rich meaning both at work and home.

From Kostenbaum’s Leadership Diamond to Gardner’s Five Minds for the Future and Gladwell’s Blink, I’ll be sharing my thoughts on how you may use these folks to help mind your gap…

With your success in mind,

Dennis

Minding Your Gap - what does this phrase mean anyway?
