For my birthday, Jan gave me a trip on a historic airplane: an original Fokker F27 (Friendship). It is operated by the FHF (Fokker Heritage Foundation) and flies from Lelystad Airport (the Aviodrome museum of airtravel). They organise various trips, and this was a daytrip to Texel, one of the dutch islands on the Northsea.
