This Podcast episode: Tips and ideas on achieving career fulfillment utilizing your own Competent Advantage by engaging in a Courageous Conversation with your manager. (23:44)

I spoke recently with
Colette Ellis, founder of InStep Consulting.
She spoke of finding your Competent Advantage and working from an Asset-based perspective to increase your job satisfaction. We also spoke about what managers can do to engage in dialogue with their employees when they notice a change in behavior that could be a signal of dissatisfaction. The notion of "managers as coaches" was a key point.
You can download some of the Lessons Learned from our conversation as well as, read more about Colette's work with the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and radio interview for Martha Stewart Living on Sirius Satellite Radio.
Listen to the conversation, download the lessons, share them with your colleagues, use the ideas yourself.

Talk to you soon, Tim.
