*Preceding sleep with

  up- regulating activities (TV)

  1. *Light (less Melatonin)

  2. *Noise (esp. motors)

  3. *Going to BED late (by 10)

  4. *Set TIME to AWAKE &

    & ALARM CLOCKS

  1. *Electricity within 6 feet of head and 3 feet of body

   (homes away from wiring)

   (multi-family just devices)


-Wi-Fi at night

(timers are ideal for this)


-Breakers to Bedroom at night


-Cordless Phones & Cell Phones on within 2 rooms of your bed or against your head


-BABY Monitors - Analog or intercom system is fine


-MICROWAVES - If you insist...don’t stand near it until it’s done!


-METAL: Jewelry, Belts & CRIBS (all beds will be added to this subtract list for the next list, but for this foundational list...just don’t BUY any metal beds!)



SUBTRACT:


-Information Carrying Radio Waves (Wi-Fi) from neighbors & cell towers by sheilding with metalized fabric


-Body Voltage and lack of EMF in your Sleeping Sanctuary ...time to test!
