I am a crazy woman; I set the dining table for nobody.

Contractors come over, see the table and suspect I’m prepping for some huge shindig. And not just, say, Thursday.

Yet, to me, the dining table is one of the best ways to reflect seasons, holidays, and moods. So I change it up regularly.

It also gives me an excuse to buy fun glassware when it comes into the thrift stores...

This is what I currently have going on for Fall... The “tablecloth” is actually two layered sheerish purple-blue curtains I thrifted. I used the remaining ones, then, for my mantle.
