Robert Spittal conducts the Gonzaga University Wind Symphony and teaches conducting. He is also the conductor of the Clarion Brass Choir, one of the Northwest’s premier professional brass ensembles.  Dr. Spittal earned a Doctor of Musical Arts in conducting from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, where he was a student of  Eugene Corporon.
 
Tarantella Forsennato was composed in 2005 as part of Consorts for ten winds and is now available in this edition for full band. The music is energetic and colorful, expertly crafted for the instruments of the band.
