We are delighted with the new look Thornton’s which was refurbished in 2007. The refurbishment was overseen by world renowned New York based Architects - 1100. Our guests are delighted with the new space and are using words like "elegant", "sensual" and "intimate" to describe the restaurant. We are delighted with our new Canape Bar - a sumptuous seating area offering a menu of delectable canapes where guests can drop by before or after theatre etc or can sample a 'taste' of Thornton's before sitting down to have dinner in our main dining room.
