Fondant Cakes

Rolled Fondant is a very special icing! A wedding cake rolled in fondant looks like bisque porcelain or, depending on the color, Wedgewood. Many bakeries use commercial fondant which has an unpleasant chemical taste. My fondant is homemade with a deliciously smooth butter-vanilla flavor.
