Volcano

This place is completely off the map with activity. Yesterday, I had a great time biking. That’s a pretty normal activity.  Today I took 400 pictures at a soccer game (you know I had fun doing that) Then this volcano started to erupt.  I’m used to ending the day with a nice sunset not the earth opening up and spilling melted rock.  It’s the biggest eruption in 40 years they’re saying.  We are guaranteed a lot of earthquakes but no one seems to be to worried so I’m trying not to worry too.

It is so trippy to look out the window and see fire in the horizon it’s truly something that you would see on the Discovery Channel.

Click here to see a couple of pictures.
I’ll take some more pictures later.  I thought you might just be interested to see what I have so far.

As promised the picture above is a  photo of my teacher Isabel.
How do you say “stop giving me homework” in Spanish?

Take care everyone and please say a prayer for the safety on this community as we live through this volcanic natural wonder and the soon to follow earthquakes.
