It looks a bit boring, doesn’t it? Perhaps “impersonal” or “naked” are good descriptors. This is essentially what our fridge now looks like as of yesterday. After removing all the photos, kid drawings and magnets in preparation for our move, I commented that “it looks really sad.” My type-A husband said it looked very “clean.” I think you can learn a lot about a family by their fridge--both inside and out. For us, it is now a reminder that our move is getting ever closer and this chapter of our lives is coming to a close, as we turn the pages on a new one. We are cleaning up and moving on.
