...that the word Mocha is actually the name of a port city in Yemen through which all coffee passed to begin the journey to the rest of the world?  Mocha remained a viable port until 1869 when the Suez Canal was built.  The word doesn’t mean chocolate!


...that the word Java, which is Synonymous  with coffee is ACTUALLY the name of coffee beans grown on the Island of Java in Indonesia?

Colombian Don Telmo Reserva    Bourbon

The name alone carries a certain mark of distinction...Don Telmo.  This coffee, from the Mesa De Los Santos farm in Santander, Colombia is absolutely delicious!  It begins by teasing the palate with hints of smooth caramel and rewards you at the finish with pure chocolate delight.
