Mr. Richlin is a member of the California State Bar, duly licensed to practice before all of the State and Federal Courts in the State of California, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal.
Most recently Stew has successfully defended the rights of medical marijuana patients in Southern California in civil, legislative and administrative proceedings.
