The Garfield Re-2 Board of Directors received a special gift from the Lakota Canyon Ranch Development Company at the July 24, 2007 regular meeting.  Dave Myler, attorney for John Elmore and Lakota Canyon Ranch presented president Jay Rickstrew, and the rest of the board with a deed to a six-acre parcel of property along Castle Valley Blvd. in New Castle.
