Tivo is breaking my heart
After weeks of waiting for the WRC to return for the 2006 season, I was disappointed to find out that Speed TV is not carrying the races this year. I was relieved to find out that OLN is covering the 2006 Dakar Rally and set my TiVo to record it. Unfortunately it only recorded one episode because the info portion of the programming was the same for each segment. TiVO failed to record all of OLN’s scheduled show. I caught the error late last night and set the machine to record at 2 AM. When I reviewed the recording this morning, Professional Bull Riding ran over by 45 minutes and completely trampled my Dakar coverage. Stupid TiVo! I wish you were smarter.
Luckily I checked the OLN schedule and Dakar will be broadcast next week. Phew! Thank <insert deity here> for reruns.
