BnB guests will have their breakfasts made to order and all our attention to their special needs.

your room is on a separate floor and has a very comfortable queen sized bed, a private bathroom with bath tub/shower and toilet.  of course, all linen, heated towels, hair dryer and many other helpful accessories are supplied.

 

to all our guests we offer, at no additional charge, unlimited highspeed internet access with WIFI connection, air-conditioning, underground parking and free landline telephone calls to north america as well as most of europe, and also lots of maps, paris guide books, our own 10 year experience of paris and a life of traveling.

 

rentals include use of all facilities, including washer, dryer, tv, dvd, stereo and fully equipped kitchen.

 

weekly cleaning service may be arranged for rentals.

the balconies and terrace will be maintained on a regular basis by our friend and gardener.

 

pets and smoking are not allowed. we ask you to fully comply with this restriction out of respect for our future guests. your deposit is our guaranty.

 

the rental fee and the deposits are required in full for confirmation at a minimum of two weeks before your arrival. your deposits are refundable if the apartment is in good order and no telephone charges are outstanding.

in case of damage, please replace or repair item and just let us know. accidents do happen. if it is something more important, please contact also your homeowner’s or travel insurance.

 

we put together a handbook and filled it with lots of information to help you make yourself at home in our place. we hope you make good use of it.

 

since we are not set up for credit cards and foreign currency checks, we ask you to pay in euros. a foreign currency check can cover your deposit and hold your reservation, but we ask that you settle your account in euros, cash or check, upon your arrival. at this time your foreign currency check would be returned to you. we suggest the use of ATMs for best exchange rates. be sure to advise your bank of your travel plans before you leave home.
