In addition to our several housing sites, we have two main services sites. Both of these sites are located two blocks north from the “Civic Center” MUNI and BART stop, between 7th and 8th Street at Market Street.

The Community Resource Center, Medical Care, Health Promotions & Prevention, Substance Use & Mental Health, HIV Dental Services and MOMS Pharmacy are located at: 183-191 Golden Gate Ave.

HIV/AIDS Nursing/Medi-Cal Waiver Case Management Programs, HIV Case Management, HIV Prevention Case Management and Administration (Development, Executive, Finance and Workforce Development) are currently located at: 255 Golden Gate Ave.
