General Location
St John the Baptist Church is located on the corner of Essex and Adeline Streets in Berkeley, CA.

By BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit)
Exit at the Ashby station on the west side (the east side is closed due to construction). Go up the stairs to Adeline and cross to the other side. You’re there.

By freeway
Take the Ashby exit on Interstate 80 and drive toward the Berkeley hills. Turn right on Adeline St. The Church is two small blocks on the left.

From downtown Berkeley
Go south on Shattuck Ave and veer off on Adeline St until you come to Essex.

St. John the Baptist Russian Orthodox Church is right next to the Ashby BART station. (Take BART to Church!) The main entrance is on Adeline. For evening services enter through the gate on Essex and go around to the small alley entrance on the opposite side.
