After graduating from college in 2005, I began working in the IT department of SAA-SDS part-time as the IT Assistant to Bobby Ireland, and began full time work as the Laptop Services Coordinator in August of 2006. Every day is a different day and I never know what to expect! I definitely stay on my toes. My job ranges from small tasks such as replacing printer cartridges and fixing student email accounts to larger ones of filing insurance claims of damaged computers and taking inventory of all computers and peripherals on campus. Each day, students, staff, and faculty come to the Tech Center window, and we do our best to fix their needs and problems. Patience, compassion, and humor are mixed in as well! I am honored to be working for my alma mater, and when not working, I enjoy practicing Bikram yoga, reading, cheering on the Memphis Tigers, trying new restaurants, French culture, art museums, movies, and blog reading. I am a member of Young at Art at the Dixon Art Gallery,professional babysitter, and a youth advisor for the St. Louis Catholic Church CYO.
