1/14:  It’s been too long since the last update so there are a LOT of new pages with pictures ...

Willie home for the Christmas and New Year holidays.

The trip Ronie and I took to Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia.

A dayhike on the Pine Tree Trail where my travels had taken me to Las Cruces, New Mexico.

9/11:  After we got back from Georgia, a new page was created for some of the pictures taken during Family Day and Graduation from Army BCT.

8/25: Added pics and descriptions of the trip Ryann and I made to Signal Peak to Tom’s 4WD pages.

8/9: There have been multiple letters and a phone call from Willie since the last update.  Select his link above to read what he’s been up to.

7/19: Got a letter from Willie today with his Army Basic Training graduation and AIT report dates.  Now it’s time for mom and dad to make some travel plans!

7/9: Everything is certainly abuzz around the Dove household ... or what’s left of it!

Willie was sworn into the U.S. Army on Tuesday June 26, 2007.  Ronie observed that was one year to the day from his Boy Scout Board of Review at which he earned his Eagle Rank.

Ryann spent the day before, June 25, 2007, speaking with career counselors and signed up to enter the U.S. Navy.  She is scheduled to leave for Recruit Training on April 8, 2008.

In early April we, as a family, took our final family vacation Vacation 2007.  We visited Grandma and Grandpa Dove, my brother and his family and toured the Avenue of the Giants, the Trees of Mystery, the waterfalls along the Columbia Gorge and the Oregon Vortex.
