Here is the list of 2010 Sessions and the Campuses expected/on break during those sessions.  If our information for your campus is not correct, please contact us to provide the correct dates, so we may adjust our attendance expectations.

Information and forms needed to reserve space for your campus will be available in August.  Interested students should NOT purchase tickets until the reservations process is completed AND confirmation is received from the ALA that space is available and reserved in your name.  ALA cannot be responsible for tickets that go unused because space is not available.

2010 Sessions

Winter Session                    Deadline for online registration: Nov. 1.
NOTE: January session only is Monday arrival with Sunday departure.

Session One - January 4-10 (All Campuses eligible)

All campuses are eligible to participate in the only Winter session. Priority will be given to those campuses who are not able to participate in March, due to their spring break schedules. Those campuses include:

San Diego State, CA State-Long Beach, Loyola @ New Orleans, Brandeis, Missouri, University, SUNY-Binghamton, SUNY-Oneonta, York (PA), Brown (RI), West Virginia.

The following campuses have reserved space: SDSU, Iowa, Iowa State, Illinois-Chicago, LSU, Nebraska, Monmouth, College of NJ, SUNY-Binghamton, SUNY-Oneonta, Case Western Reserve, York University

Spring Sessions                    Deadline for online registration: Dec. 1.
All March sessions are designed for Sunday arrival and Saturday departure.

Session Two - February 28-March 6 (9 Campuses + Interfraternity Guests)

Valparaiso (IN), Louisiana State, Michigan, RIT, Dayton, Capital (OH), Lycoming (PA), Univ. of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Beloit (WI)

The following campuses have reserved space: Capital University, Tau Kappa Epsilon, Triangle

Session Three - March 7-13 (35 Campuses)

Arizona State, Occidental (CA), Florida State, Georgia, Illinois State, Southern Illinois U. at Edwardsville, Northern Illinois, Indiana State, Wabash (IN), Butler (IN), Michigan State, Minnesota State U. at Mankato, Eastern Carolina, Creighton (NE), Monmouth (NJ), College of New Jersey, SUNY-Buffalo, Ohio Wesleyan, Wittenberg (OH), Case Western Reserve, Toledo, Miami, Ashland (OH), Bowling Green State (OH), Lock Haven (PA), Gettysburg (PA), Pennsylvania, Penn State, Indiana University of PA, Temple (PA), Edinboro (PA), Vanderbilt, Tennessee, Texas State, Virginia, Virginia Tech.

The following campuses have reserved space: College of NJ, Toledo, Texas State

Session Four - March 14-20 (28 Campuses)

Session Five - March 21-27 (23 Campuses)
