Slinky Toss: movie takes a while to load.

Bailey, was a Chocolate Dutch Bunny that I purchased at the Smithfield Virginia farmer’s market in June 2004. He was just 6 weeks old and not much bigger than a kitten. He started in a small litter box and gradually moved into the larger one. He determined which corner to put his litter box. As he got older he would turn his wood house upside down, and I would call him my “party bunny,” because he was rockin’ the house. He would let me rub noses with him and blow kisses at him through the crate. I fed him way too much kale and spinach—he was very spoiled. He didn’t like going outside his crate too much, but he endured our Sunday morning grooming sessions.

Sunday night, January 21st 2007, Bailey, unexpectedly passed away. I was an emotional train-wreck. He would have been 3 in April. Here’s a video taken on January 14th. My parents gave Bailey the slinky for Christmas. We played with it while I was cleaning out his crate. In the background, you can hear Sheena barking to come inside after being let out to do chores.
