for a Lemon Tart

Ivonne over at Cream Puffs in Venice has misplaced a lemon tart.  I was going for a walk this morning so I thought I’d look for said lemon tart.  She suggested I look in her tummy but I didn’t find that on my walk.

Here’s what I did find.
Now, these little fellows look like they maybe enjoying this cardoon bloom as much as I’ll enjoy that lemon tart when I find it but it’s not the lemon tart.  And if you think that cardoon picture at the top is big, this is Texas folks.

This one I know isn’t the lemon tart either but I don’t know what it is.  Do you?

See that little yellow in the middle.  A lemon tart would be yellow.

Wow, isn’t that cool.  It’s called a Shrimp plant by many but has other names.  And it’s not a lemon tart.

Now this would be a beautiful place to eat a lemon tart but none is in sight.

Sun’s up.  Time to head home.  Maybe I’ll look in the kitchen.

Hope you enjoyed the walk.  I’m really ready for that lemon tart.
Later.
