Lemon Tart’s...first cousin

Well, Ivonne thought she’d misplaced Lemon Tart and I walked all over looking for that Lemon Tart. Really worked up a great appetite looking for her Lemon Tart. In the end, I did find the Lemon Tart just where you might have expected. In the kitchen.

Before the 25 minute time in the warm sun (read that oven).

When Lemon Tart came in out of the sun, and the slices cooled slightly, they dressed in a light dusting of powdered sugar for a simple outfit and with a tablespoon of raspberry-rhubarb sauce for a slightly dressier effect.

But, a problem arose when they were invited for afternoon teatime.

Lemon Tart’s gone missing once again.
My friend Sue said she thought she might have caught a glimpse of one sailing across Lake Ray Hubbard where she lives. Maybe she can find it.

Ivonne has the recipe here.
Maybe you can find Lemon Tart.
Thanks many times over Ivonne, this certainly brought a day of fun and a tasty treat to our house. It seems that fun and blogging go hand in hand.
