Needs-Based Training isn’t a company, as traditional companies go. It’s a concept, derived from years of experience in workplace training & development work in a variety of fields.


The concept arrived unexpectedly to Paul Tannahill, our principal trainer, as he was delivering software applications training for his employer at the time.
