This is Diego’s first meditation experience and he seems to already have the Lotus position down. During the first half of our sit, Diego and Spoke (Roberta’s and Jeri’s cat) played cat and mouse or perhaps better stated, cat and dog. Diego would follow Spoke around whining until Spoke would turn and hiss. This went on for a while until Spoke finally dealt his power play by staring Diego down from the couch. At that point Diego settled at the feet of his owner and joined everyone else in silence.
