Holiday
Hoping you are having a great holiday, I am having a relatively restful one...Played 2 Christmas shows. One was for WFUV, and one was with Teddy Thompson who organized a Christmas show for Savedarfur.org. Interesting to play with Loudon Wainwright at one show and Rufus Wainwright at the other.
I am thrilled to be in the top 10 of the WFUV Best of 2007 Listener’s Poll! The album came in number 9 out of 100. How cool is that. New York is A Woman came in Number 30. Thanks, you guys! Have a great New Year!
Oh, P.S. - the album also made the Baltimore Sun’s Top Sounds of 07.
