Duncan Peak Lookout is located off of The Foresthill Divide Road in the Tahoe National Forest. On the topo map it is slightly confusing as there is an older abandoned lookout on a nearby hill called Duncan Peak Lookout. There are spectacular views of the Granite Chief Wilderness and South toward The Crystal Range. The lookout is manned during the fire season.
