IFS Deck Flex technology

Combining the IFS Base Adhesives, Composite Veneers and bottom composite lams allows the Thresher core to breathe and helps generate a strong smooth response , natural pop and flex.

Surf-Rodz manufacturing is about building Cleaner more Natural deck systems. We maintain a strong commitment to the environment and encourage our suppliers do the same. Saving the cut off wood scraps, bamboo and teak allows us to build table tops, skateboard racks and other types of products.

People love longboarding because they can relate it to several other beloved

board sports. Some of these are snowboarding and surfing. When a longboard

has that genuine wave and snow-carving attribute, people can grow to love

the board even if skating is not their number one boarding hobby.

The Thresher allows people to lock in their feet on the clear grip system

and rip through turns at full speed. The deck can be transformed into a

sliding set-up with the proper components. If you enjoy high speeds with

steady cruise-control turns, try using a tighter group of components with

some large grippy wheels. Equal foot room is symmetrically offered at both

ends of the board, allowing the rider to push and carve in either direction.

Trucks are mounted on plates that are bolted through the board, rather than

having the trucks bolted through the deck itself; this adds to an ultra

quick turn-on-a-dime feature. Angled plates are being produced so you can

further customize the feel of the ride.

The deck was truly made by the rider for the rider. Its ability of complete

transformation, the power to be tweaked to fit any style of longboarding,

separates it from one-dimensional boards. This is the future of longboarding

and dry land board sports. Change and component collaboration are keys to

expansion and growth. One product has opened the door to this new and

endless beginning, ride one of these boards and experience it yourself.

The model Thresher is reminiscent of the board downhill drop-trough of Roger Bros. brand. Both in design and in design. Except that this one is more about a large carving use. In addition the design of the board differs completely. At Roger Bros. is done in aluminum industrial deli at Surf Rodz is pushed further through a sandwich consisting of birch, teak, bamboo and composite materials. A beautiful technical and aesthetic to be reserved for wealthy carvers. The plate is 42 inches in length is 107cm. The aluminum baseplate will be offered with either angles ranging from 5 degrees to 15 degrees depending on your desire to ride.
