GAETANO TOTARO
RESUME
A native of Southern California, Gaetano Totaro (AKA: Guy Francis Totaro & Uncle Guido) is a performing “Jack of all Trades”; A Screen Actors Guild Member, Character Model, Narrator, Clown, Magician, Musician, & Fire Artist. He received his BA in Theatre Arts from San Francisco State University in 1989. There he was introduced to Improvisation & the Italian physical comedy style Commedia dell' Arte. Guy continued his Acting and Commedia training as an apprentice with the award winning San Francisco Mime Troupe and performed with them across the United States. His Vaudeville Clown character "Uncle Guido" was developed on the streets of San Francisco and at the world famous Ringling Bros. & Barnum and Bailey's Clown College - class of 1992. The unique set of skills he has acquired has enabled him to perform for MILLIONS of people around the world. Currently based in Tokyo, Gaetano is one of the busiest foreign entertainers in Japan. He is very proud to have been Suntory Japan’s Super Hero Spokes-Model, “MR C.C. Lemon” in 2006.
