lots of you have been taking advantage of the multiple sales we've had this month congratulations!!!! my price gouging partner, jeffy, insists that we shouldn't have sales when people are "going to shop anyway" but kevin and i insisted on it. there's nothing better than

summer is over......with summer ending kevin is really lonely in the shop and we're not sure what to do about it........but there is a new park that got poured on the eastside so that's a start. when i was out there we went and checked it out and it was the worst, i mean, the absolute worst cement work i had ever seen in my life. the jerk off city employed cement workers claimed the "rain" had something to do with them pouring transitions without using templates
hmmmmmmmmmmm......suspect at best. but the heroes who saved the day were the dudes who work for the california skatepark??//something...i don't know their names but they were hired to find dudes to pour it correctly and they DID!!!! well, kever says they did, but anything is 150 times better than the thing i saw this summer. so enjoi your new park kids and learn smith grinds on tranny i promise it will be one of the greatest things ever.
a bunch of vans are coming soon....halfcabs? a couple of eras for the fixed gear crew, hmmm oh and one of the best feeling shoes i've ever put on my feet, chukka lows, unbelievable.
after running the demo idea by jeff he gave it the thumbs down. he said that, "we've been doing too many demos and i'm over it. i'm sure the kids don't care either." i thought that was kind of weird but oh well, he's very influential and established as a photographer in new york you know so heath, kever, and i agreed, no demo in december.....maybe next year.
what can we do in december instead of a demo????????

today we have a fight on our hands, or at least a confrontation. the city has decided in order to "protect itself" from a "liability" issue it is going to permit bikes to be ridden at the new "skateboard only" skatepark "temporarily." i personally spoke with doug yesterday, the
dude who has been "helping" with the procedure of getting a skatepark. for some reason the city of des moines can't seem to "figure out" a way to keep bikers out of the park, yet ten minutes away in urbandale it doesn't seem to be a problem. i suggest all of you get ahold of kevin or scotty to find out where the meeting is and point out this flawed logic of doug and his cohorts. something is not quite right. explain to them that the city of des moines doesn't seem to have a
problem keeping skaters in line by putting up a sign and handing out a ticket. if they did that the bikers would be gone in a week.
well i guess the vans were a pretty big hit, glad to hear it. but the new FALLEN VIDEO RIDE THE SKY will be in tomorrow, thursday at the latest so i imagine that everyone will be super psyched on fallens now. tommy rips, gilbert crocket amazing, slasher slashing and chris
cole, wow. oh and there will be fallen shoes arriving next week. is the video on stupid youtube yet? i hope not, it won't do it justice. especially when the slasher is carving banks, you really have to see it on a big screen to get it. i'm curious to see what you guys think of it.
more important news...well maybe....let the haters beware subsect has a new secret rider that will be unvailed in the new subsect video...wait are we making a video? oh no, i'm confused that was last year in december. this new team rider has to be announced now i guess......whoever can guess who it is first gets a subsect shirt. oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo that's what the news was! mark gonzales himself will be making a collaboration board with subsect!!!!! that's right, a crooked colab with hats, shirts, and maybe sweatshirts too for christmas, oh wonderful.
