Enjoy Cape Cod from our Chatham porch.

The Harrington House is a 120 year old, 2 story, family home. As

a holiday rental, it has 3 bedrooms and two and a half baths. It is

located 3 blocks north of the Chatham Rotary in the Village of

Chatham, MA on the elbow of Cape Cod. For forty years,

Gladys and Ed Harrington were the owners.  Their grandson,

Steve West, updated the house in 2005 for a holiday home.

At that time,  brightly colored walls were accented with white

plantation shutters. The new decor and beds were set up to

accommodate 6 people. The remodeled kitchen allows

for eating in, if that is the group’s choice. In 2008, 3 zoned

central air conditioning , a large bathroom with a walk in

closet, and a washer/dryer were added to the home

for added convenience. The wrap around porch

extends the home’s entertaining to

watching the slow pace of Chatham life.
