The theme of this year’s conference is “The Fire of God”. Gbile Akanni will be ministering in the main marquee, Tent ll and to the youth. Les Wheeldon will take up this subject during the morning Bible studies and Derrick Harrison and I will look at aspects of revival from a scriptural and pastoral perspective. Dr Edwin J Orr said “Revival produces an extraordinary burden of prayer, an unusual conviction of sin, an uncanny sense of the presence of God, resulting in repentance, confession, reconciliation and restitution with great concern for the salvation of sinners near at hand and far away”.

Morning sessions geared for the 18-30’s will also focus on this theme. Those of us who were blessed and challenged by the conference in 2007 are convinced that God is leading us to prepare for a further outpouring of the Holy Spirit in our day.
