This technology revolution starts with the custom software.  Born from technology and lessons learned with the introduction of our very successful SAWJET™, this software automatically tool-paths the parts to be cut. When coupled with SLABSMITH™ software, you can now digitally layout and cut with the same technology that stone super plants deploy.  Digital templating will now make sense for the small shop. Gone are the annoying mylar templates and the conversion of digital to analog. The FABCENTER is the 100% Digital solution...layout, cutting and processing.

Once the parts are programed and ready to cut, the slab is placed on the bed of the machine and positioned with an overhead laser. The slab is supported by our patent pending slab support technology. The cutting solution is 100% digital and can process arcs, small lamination parts, undermounts, almost any shape that you can draw, you can cut with the FABCENTER. You can support big and small parts with our patent pending technology.

What makes the FABCENTER SLABSAW™ different? The EDS™ spindle. Traditional CNC Stone Routers have had saw aggregates for some time. The reason nobody has cut slabs with them is they are not rated for continuous duty, our slab saw is!

The SLABSAW™ is rated for continuous duty and uses the same proven technology as our Industrial Grade SAWJET™. This is what will allow the FABCENTER to produce kitchens for years and years to come. The SLABSAW™ is powered by a FANUC servo motor that can deliver full horse power and torque at ANY rpm. This is critical, a key technology that makes the FABCENTER possible.
