2009 Financial Aid Policy
It is our hope that this year with all of the economic predictions that we will still be able to reach out to any family who requests assistance.
All applicants will be informed of the amount available to them by April 1st.
All applicants will be asked to pay minimally the $100 non-refundable deposit per child. (Exceptions may be made based on individual need.)
The dollar amount awarded to any one request will be based on but not limited to the following:
•The total dollar amount available to the St. Thomas More Center to be distributed
•The total amount of requests and the dollar amounts per request
•The completion of the financial aid form
•Special circumstances indicated in writing by the requester
Notes: Applying for CYC with a financial aid request:
1.If you want to secure a particular week of camp regardless of the amount of aid that will be awarded, you may apply online, fax or mail with the $100 non-refundable deposit (online and fax applications require credit card use). Please remember that with any cancellation, the $100 is non-refundable.
2.If you choose to wait until after April 1st to register because you want to know the financial aid amount, you will have to select a week available at that time. No weeks can be guaranteed without the deposit and application form.
3.Please also consider checking with your parish for possible financial aid.
