June 2001: A growing site in King Harry Passage, Feock Parish, was leased from Carrick District Council.
September 2001: Objective 1 funding approved for the project (FEP 446)
December 2001: Heavy mooring system installed.
January to Easter 2002: Five Spanish style mussel rafts constructed at Falmouth Docks and installed on site.
Spring 2002: A heavy spat fall was captured.
January to Easter 2003: Five more rafts constructed at Falmouth Docks and installed on site.
Summer 2003: Harvesting pontoon fitted out with crane, generator and hydraulic power pack. Sspecialised harvesting machinery purchased from Spain.
Autumn 2003: Depuration building rented in Falmouth docks.
Spring 2004: Design for a modular 1 tonne depuration system agreed. And one system built.
Autumn 2008: depuration plant moved to Gweek
